My Story: My first night in the industry I was working as a cocktail waitress and hadn’t a clue how to bartend. I was at The Foggy Goggle on a Friday night when the manager came up to me and told me that they were short staffed and that I had to tend bar. I was crazy nervous and assumed I would no longer have a job at the end of the night. I knew nothing about bartending and knew no drinks or how to make them. But shortly after I realized I was a natural and I really enjoyed what I was doing. Seven years later I am still on the bar and loving what I do.
