Greetings. They call me Teroldego. I hail from a region called Trentino-Alto Adige in northeast Italy. I’m a red wine grape that is medium bodied with beautiful red fruit, and great elegance. I’m hard to find but if you look in the right places, I will appear. If you enjoy hanging out with my famous friend Merlot, you will have a blast with me.
Hi my name is Albariño. I’m a white wine grape from northwest Spain. I spend most of my time in a region called Rias Baixas (pronounced Reeahss By-shass). I am aromatic and acidic with notes of peach and apricot. If your like my friend Sauvignon Blanc from France, you will definetly get a kick out of me! The next time you order Tapas, make sure you include me with your meal.
They call me Falanghina (pronounced Fal-ann-Gee-nah). I am a grape found in white wine from the region of Campania near Naples in southern Italy. If you have traveled to the Amalfi Coast, you probably have enjoyed a few glasses of me during your visit. I tend to be full bodied, with a round texture of fresh fruit. Chardonnay fans love me and I taste delicious with seafood dishes. Look me up next time you are in the mood for an interesting white wine, and remember my name, Falanghina.
